Who Brings Spark to Toronto?

Each member of the team takes on a role from program development to finance to speaker wrangle to volunteer coordinator. 7 months or more (depending on how crazy life is) goes into creating and bringing you the best experience possible with Spark the Change Toronto! Why? Because we believe in constructive disruption. In providing individuals the courage to rock the boat. In giving organizations the tools to fix the rocking boat.

And in having a whole lot of fun while it all happens 🙂

I remember the exact moment when Spark the Change Toronto was born. I had grown tired of disciplined-focused conferences that did little more than reinforce existing beliefs with the attendees and wanted to organize something different.

I discovered Spark the Change UK, which was created by Paul Dollman-Darrell of Gamevy and I asked him if I could run one in Toronto.  The rest is history. Spark has been held all over the world from Australia to Belgium, to the UK, to Canada and most recently, India!
